About Us

Mark Warren Drake has over 25 years of construction experience and has been in business since 2002. He specializes in plastering and EIFS, and in 2009 he decided to expand his services to offer full contracting for remodel and new construction. He has worked on various projects including design to sales, remodels, new construction, and historical renovations. Mark utilizes his Bachelor of Arts degree to bring an artistic approach to each job, combining the constructability and overall aesthetic of a project.

Mary Ann Lopez has over 18 years of marketing and business experience, specializing in the consulting industry; working with engineering and architectural firms, and residential and commercial contractors within the construction trades.  She is a member and Past President of the Professional Women in Building Council.
